Ingredients

100 g chickpeas
2 zucchini
Basil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
0.5 tsp asafoetida
0.5 tsp black salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
0.5 tsp turmeric
50 g pistachios

Instructions

1.Soak the chickpeas in water for 6-8 hours.
2.Rinse after soaking, place in a saucepan, add water again and cook until boiling under the lid.
3.Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into rings and fry in ghee until golden brown.
4.Then place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
5.You may need to add chickpea broth if the pate is too thick.
