100 g oatmeal
100 g dates
50 g nuts
60 g lingonberries
1 banana
30 g flax
3 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

1.Using a blender, grind the oatmeal, nuts and flax.
2. Peel the dates and add to the blender.
3.Peel and break the banana and add to the mixture.
4. Transfer the finished mixture to a bowl and mix with lingonberries and coconut oil.
5.Mix thoroughly and place on a baking sheet or board lined with baking paper.
6.Pour in the mixture and spread, forming a rectangular layer approximately 1 cm thick.
7.Then cover with parchment paper and place in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours.
8.Cut into rectangular bars.
9. Ready!
