1. | Using a blender, grind the oatmeal, nuts and flax. |
2. | Peel the dates and add to the blender. |
3. | Peel and break the banana and add to the mixture. |
4. | Transfer the finished mixture to a bowl and mix with lingonberries and coconut oil. |
5. | Mix thoroughly and place on a baking sheet or board lined with baking paper. |
6. | Pour in the mixture and spread, forming a rectangular layer approximately 1 cm thick. |
7. | Then cover with parchment paper and place in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours. |
