Ingredients

120 g ground oat flakes
30 g oatmeal
50 g walnuts
1 tbsp cocoa
100 ml water
1 banana
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

1.Grind oatmeal in a blender.
2.Add dry ingredients to them and mix
3.Finely chop the nuts and add to the mixture
4. Mash the banana with a fork and add to the dough.
5.We also add honey, whole oatmeal and water.
6.Knead the dough and leave it to swell for 10-15 minutes.
7.Place cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper using a spoon.
8. Place in the oven for 40 - 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
9.Ready! Bon appetit!
