Instructions

1.First, soak the oatmeal in water for an hour.
2.Then mix and pour it into a blender. After whipping, strain through a sieve and cheesecloth. Squeeze through gauze.
3.The remaining cake can be used to make cookies.
4.Pour into a saucepan and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
5.Then add lemon juice, if desired, or apple cider vinegar.
6.Ready !
