Zucchini
0.5 tsp Shambhala
0.5 tsp Shambhala leaves
0.5 tsp Turmeric
100 g tofu
0.5 tsp Asafoetida
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
2 - 3 pcs Tomatoes

Pea flour
1-2 tbsp sour cream or cream

Instructions

1.Cut the zucchini into two halves and use a grater or paring knife to cut into thin strips.
2.Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
3.Fry the pea flour in a dry frying pan.
4.Then fry the tomatoes in oil and add the zucchini.
5.Add all the spices, sour cream and pea flour.
6. Mix thoroughly and fry until the noodles become soft.
7.Ready !
