Ingredients

200 g oatmeal
2 ripe bananas
150 g butter
1 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
60 g honey
50 g nuts

Instructions

1.Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork to a puree.
2. Add butter and stir until you get a more or less homogeneous consistency. Add cinnamon, baking powder, honey and salt. Mix and add the oatmeal.
3. After stirring, leave to rest for 10 minutes to allow the oatmeal to swell.
4.In the meantime, prepare the nuts. They need to be fried in a dry pan and chopped with a knife. Then add to the dough.
5.Place the desired shape on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread the mixture.
6.Close with a spoon, remove the mold and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
7.Cookies should not be hard. It will be juicy and slightly soft.
8.Ready !
