210 ml warm water
5 g dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
30 g vegetable oil
1/2 tsp turmeric

Instructions

1.Sift the flour and mix with the rest of the dry ingredients.
2.Then add oil, water and knead the dough with a spoon and then with your hands.
3.Cover with a lid and leave for an hour.
4. Divide the swollen dough into small pieces, roll into long sausages and twist into a knot as shown in the video.
5.Form the bird's head, make eyes with a stick and use a knife to cut the tail.
6. Grease with oil again and place the bread in the oven for 50 - 60 minutes at 200 degrees.
7.Ready !
