Ingredients

4-5 potatoes
200g flour
0.5 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp ghee
100 ml. water
cubes spinach
2 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp sesame
2 tsp Sugar
1.5 tsp salt

Instructions

1.Oil for frying First let the potatoes cook.
2.Meanwhile, prepare the dough. Sift the flour, add turmeric, 0.5 teaspoon salt, black pepper, sugar, grate fresh ginger and mix. Pour off the water and knead the dough.
3.When the potatoes are cooked, remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Then peel and puree until you get a puree.
4.Add sesame, turmeric, salt, pepper and spinach and mix.
5.Dust the surface with flour and roll out the dough to a width of approx.0.3 mm
6.Then spread the filling on top in a not too thick layer and roll into a roll. Cut into circles about 2.5-3 cm thick.
7. Pour oil into a frying pan for frying and place the alupatras in it when it is hot. Fry until golden brown and remove.
8.Ready !
