| 1. | Oil for frying First let the potatoes cook. |
| 2. | Meanwhile, prepare the dough. Sift the flour, add turmeric, 0.5 teaspoon salt, black pepper, sugar, grate fresh ginger and mix. Pour off the water and knead the dough. |
