50 g millet (300 g cooked)
180ml water
250 ml for cooking millet
20g rice flour
Juice of 1 orange + zest
1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanillin

Instructions

1.First you need to cook the millet .We wash the cereal, add 250 ml of water and cook until it boils.
2.Then cook over low heat for 15 minutes until done. In the meantime, grate the orange peel and squeeze out the juice.
3.Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
4.Fry on both sides in a pancake pan over low heat.
5.Ready !
